Although NEO Agile Consultancy is a young company, we are collective of old souls. Coming from various backgrounds in different fields, the founders have extensive experience in constantly evolving industries: from IT and Digitalization in Finance to Space Engineering and Psychology.

Through lengthy and succesful careers, each member has their own experiences and toolsets to cope with the challenges of our time, differing the applications in a variety of ways. Yet all shared a fundamental challenge they had to tackle at a given time during their careers:

It is through this common denominator, that they found a basic mindset to help them achieve their goals: Agile!

During the years of the careers they have encountered many organizational issues, such as IT development, Product design, Supply Chain optimizations or even Space Operations Preparations. Only by stimulating culture changes and tranforming organizations around them to adhere to Agile principles, were they able to overcome the many challenges they faced.
